Print Artwork Terms
Draft for legal review
These terms apply when you order print-ready AI artwork, where Blessed Pixels prepares an image you supply so that it can be printed. They sit alongside our Terms & Conditions. If anything conflicts, these terms apply to your print order.
What you get and what it costs
- Print-ready: £19 per image, 1 round of changes, ready within 2 working days of receiving your image.
- Fix and print: £39 per image, 2 rounds of changes, ready within 2 working days of receiving your image.
- Business pack: £79 per image, 3 rounds of changes, ready within 3 working days of receiving your image.
Extras: an extra size in the same shape £8, a new shape (re-layout) £25, a vector logo £29 (simple) or £49 (detailed), an extra round of changes £10, banner or canvas set-up £15, and 24-hour rush at 50% of the order (at least £15). We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. The price you see before paying is the price you pay.
We prepare files. We do not print, post or deliver printed items. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays, and the clock starts when we have your image and the details we need.
Your image and your rights
You must own the image or have permission to use it for what you tell us. It must not copy anyone else's logo, brand, character, artwork or photo, or show a real, recognisable person without their permission. We may refuse, or stop work on, any image that we reasonably think breaks these rules or is unlawful, hateful, sexual or misleading. If we refuse before starting, we refund you in full. You are responsible for how you use the finished files, and if someone makes a claim against us because of an image you supplied that broke these rules, you agree to cover our reasonable costs.
Copyright in AI images
Whether AI-generated images are protected by copyright, and who owns them, is not settled in UK law. We cannot promise that you own copyright in your image or in the finished files. What we do promise is that we claim no rights in them: once you've paid, you can use the files we make for you however the law and the AI tool's own terms allow.
How we work
After you pay, you upload your image and tell us the size, printer and anything else we should know. We may use AI tools to upscale and clean up the image, and a person checks every file. We then send you a proof in your account. A round of changes means one set of changes you send us together, within what you originally asked for. Changes that alter the brief, like a different design, count as a new order. When you approve the proof, your order is complete and your final files stay in your account.
If your printer rejects the file
Tell us within 30 days of your order being completed and send us what the printer said. If the rejection is because of something we set up, we fix it free. If we can't fix it, we refund what you paid for that file. This doesn't cover problems from things outside the file, such as the printer's own colour settings, paper choice, or a size or template different from the one you gave us; for those we'll still help where we can.
Colours and quality
Screens and printers show colour differently, so printed colours can look different from your screen. We check colours for print and warn you about anything likely to print badly. How sharp an upscaled image can get depends on the original; if we think it won't print well at the size you want, we'll tell you before going further and you can choose a smaller size or a refund.
Cancelling and refunds
If you change your mind before you upload your image, we refund you in full. If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 days to cancel; when you upload your image and ask us to start, you agree that we begin straight away, and if you cancel after that and before we send your proof, we keep a fair amount for the work already done. Once we've sent your proof, the work is done and you can ask for changes but not a refund, unless the file is faulty. None of this affects your legal rights.
Keeping your files
We keep your uploads and final files in your account for 12 months after your order is complete, then we may delete them. Please download and keep your own copy. We don't use your images to train AI or for our own marketing without your written permission.
Our liability
Our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for print costs, lost profits or other indirect losses, which is one reason we always send a proof for you to check before you print. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
